Joining Discord or a Discord account is not required; you can enter by email instead.
5. Drawing and Odds
One winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 1, 2026. Sponsor's decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) prize: a $500 discount voucher applied to the purchase price of any vehicle bought from Izzy Auto Sale Inc. Approximate retail value (ARV): $500.
- The voucher is valid only on a vehicle purchase completed at Izzy Auto Sale Inc. by March 31, 2027. After that date it expires.
- It is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and cannot be replaced if lost.
- It can be used only once, on one vehicle. It cannot be combined with other offers unless Sponsor agrees in writing.
- The voucher does not cover sales tax, registration and license fees, the $85 document fee, or the $50 smog fee unless Sponsor applies it to them at its discretion.
- The winner does not have to buy a vehicle. If the voucher is not used by the expiration date, it expires and nothing else is given in its place.
- Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
Sponsor will notify the potential winner by Discord direct message or by email or phone (matching how they entered) within 3 days of the drawing. The potential winner has 7 days from notification to reply and claim the prize. Sponsor may ask for proof of age, California residency and identity. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is not eligible or does not follow these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn at random.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or anything else outside its control affects its fairness, and in that case may draw the winner from eligible entries received before the problem began. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions. To the extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor from liability for injury, loss or damage connected with taking part in the giveaway or accepting or using the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or garbled entries, or for technical failures.
10. Privacy
Sponsor collects entrants' information only to run this giveaway and contact the winner. Sponsor will not sell it. See our Privacy Policy at https://izzy-auto.com/privacy.
