Financial Privacy Notice (GLBA)

Why?	Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully.
What?	The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include: Social Security number and income; driver's license number and date of birth; employment information and credit history; payment history and account balances.
How?	All financial companies need to share customers' personal information to run their everyday business. Izzy Auto Sale Inc. shares your information with lenders, banks and finance companies to which we submit your credit application, with consumer reporting agencies, and as required by law (for example, to respond to court orders and legal investigations). We do not share your information with non-affiliated companies so they can market to you, and we do not sell it.
Can you limit this sharing?	Sharing to process your application and for our everyday business purposes cannot be limited. We do not share for affiliates' or non-affiliates' marketing. How do we protect your information?	To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law, including the FTC Safeguards Rule. Credit applications are encrypted when received and stored in encrypted form with access limited to authorized dealership staff.
